We do offer group classes and shared sessions. An initial assessment is required for everyone. Please contact us for more information regarding classes and shared sessions.

All initial assessments are completed by the physiotherapist, with a physiotherapy assistant likely sitting in. Any hands-on physiotherapy treatment will also be provided by the physiotherapist. The Clinical Pilates appointments may be lead by either the physiotherapist or a physiotherapy assistant.

During your initial assessment, the physiotherapist may determine you would benefit from a combination of hands-on physiotherapy as well as Clinical Pilates. If this is the case, we have a few different options for how to fit both in to a session. Please contact us for more information.
